About

Dr. Juanita McCall

It is my esteemed honor and privilege to serve as the PROUD Principal of Eustis Heights Elementary School for the 24-25 school year. I grew up in Leesburg and I am a proud product of Lake County Schools, having attended Dabney Elementary School, Oak Park Middle and graduated from Leesburg High School. I joined the Lake County Schools family in 2023 where I served as an Assistant Principal at East Ridge Middle School. Prior to coming to Lake County School, I worked as a high school Assistant Principal with the School District of Osceola County for 5 years. I have also worked as a College & Career Counselor, Blended Learning Specialist, Social Studies and ESE/EBD teacher. I attended the University of Central Florida and earned a degree in Social Science Education, a Master's degree in Youth Development/Counseling from Kansas State University and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida. I am extremely passionate about education, and I am committed to service, equality, and access. I am also very passionate about cultivating strong partnerships and I believe that the community and the school should operate as one unified core, not two separate entities. My personal educational philosophy is that every student is capable of achieving success, despite socioeconomic status, race, and/or academic challenges. I look forward to learning and growing alongside you this year.
