To the Pride of Eustis,
Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year! I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Tiffany Scott and I have been an educator for over 10 years. I have served as an ESE teacher, Math teacher, Accelerated Resource Teacher, Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, and currently as the proud Principal of Eustis Heights Elementary.
Prior to working in education, I was the Volunteer Advocate for Children (VAC) Program Coordinator for the Guardian ad Litem Program of the Orange County Bar Association where I trained volunteers to advocate for children before the courts. It was in this position, where my love for children led me to the classroom. A decision I have yet to regret.
I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida and National Louis University for which I have earned a Bachelors in Legal Studies, Masters in Nonprofit Management, Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. As you can see, I love to learn. My next venture is to become fluent in Spanish.
I am married to Frank Scott, who is also an educator for Lake County Schools. Together we have two wonderful children, whom we raise in beautiful Mt. Dora.
I am truly honored and blessed to be a part of a school family with so much heart, passion and determination. Starting my fourth year at Eustis Heights, I am more confident than ever about the endless potential of our students. With the unmatched talent of our teachers and support staff, and commitment from our parents, our students will be “Soaring to New Heights”!
I look forward to working alongside you in this endeavor. Please don’t hesitate to contact me to share a concern, celebrate a success, or give a suggestion. It’s going to be a pride-filled year! Let’s go Tigers!
Signing out…One Pride,
Dr. Tiffany Scott
Your Proud Principal
