When school starts this year, students in need at Eustis Heights Elementary School will return to find a transformed Family Liaison Room stocked with essentials to meet their needs and keep them in school and learning.
District leaders, the Education Foundation of Lake County, and Addition Financial recently celebrated the incredible transformation with a grand reveal and tour.
Thanks to a partnership between Addition Financial and University of Central Florida students, this newly renovated space will serve as a valuable resource for students and families by providing access to school supplies, food, and clothing in a welcoming environment.
The renovations included new carpeting, fresh paint, a new refrigerator, lockers, cabinets, and updated furniture, creating a comfortable and functional space for those who need it most. The updates were part of the Addition Financial "Renovate to Educate" initiative. Through the Addition Financial Foundation, $5,000 was invested in the renovations, along with nearly $2,000 to fully stock the room with essential supplies.
Thank you to the Addition Financial Foundation for your generous support and commitment to serving students and teachers across Lake County. Together, we are making a meaningful difference in the lives of our students and helping ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
